Hickenlooper to Visit the National Memorial for Peace and Justice in Montgomery,
Meet with Mother Emanuel Survivors in Charleston
DENVER, CO - Following his speech at the National Action Network's annual conference on Friday, April 5th, former Colorado governor and Democratic presidential candidate John Hickenlooper will travel with faith leaders to Montgomery and visit the National Memorial for Peace and Justice, which was recently constructed in dedication to victims of lynchings.
On Saturday, the Governor will travel to South Carolina to make several stops in Charleston and surrounding areas. On Saturday afternoon, he will meet with survivors of the Mother Emanuel Church shooting. Full schedule and details below.
