Bernie Sanders Returns to Iowa on January 25-26, 2020 *Updated

DES MOINES – Sen. Bernie Sanders, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Bernie 2020 national surrogate Michael Moore will campaign across Iowa this weekend.

Rep. Ocasio-Cortez and Michael Moore will hold a rally featuring musical guest Mike Posner in Iowa City on Friday night before touring the state on Saturday with stops in Cedar Rapids, Cedar Falls and Marshalltown.
Sen. Bernie Sanders will be joined by Rep. Ocasio-Cortez and Michael Moore for a rally featuring musical guest Portugal. The Man in Ames on Saturday night and stops in Perry, Storm Lake and Sioux City on Sunday.
National surrogate Phillip Agnew will also hold previously announced events on Thursday in Cedar Rapids, Grinnell and Iowa City.

DES MOINES, IA — After receiving the endorsement of the Quad-City Times this past Sunday, Senator Amy Klobuchar will return to Iowa for campaign events this weekend.

On Saturday, January 25, Amy will hold a house party in Hiawatha, a town hall in Muscatine and will speak at the Scott County Democrats Red, White & Blue Gala in Bettendorf. On Sunday, she will hold town halls in Waterloo, Ames and Des Moines.

This week, she earned the endorsements of Iowa Senator Rob Hogg and Iowa Representatives Chris Hall and Monica Kurth. To date, Klobuchar has the support of 16 current members of the Iowa Legislature, more than any other candidate in the field.

DES MOINES -- Sen. Bernie Sanders’ presidential campaign on Sunday announced it will hold two caucus concerts with a Bon Iver performance on January 31 and a Vampire Weekend acoustic performance on February 1. 
At each concert, Sen. Sanders will speak to an audience of supporters and caucusgoers, with a VIP section reserved for volunteers who have knocked over 150 doors in Iowa.

“I believe, unequivocally, that all people deserve support, love, and the freedom to choose how to live their own lives,” said Justin Vernon of Bon Iver. “There are promises in our constitutional language that are being superseded by money and greed in this country; I believe that Senator Sanders is the only one that has the pedigree, the experience, the courage, and the undying spirit to begin to put these obstacles of freedom to rest.”

The Sanders campaign announced the shows with an exclusive concert poster, designed by artist and activist Molly Crabapple in collaboration with Bernie 2020.

It will be in these final days that undecided Iowans make up their minds.
