Kamala Harris to Attend California Democratic Party Convention Events Nov. 15-16, Latino Issues Forum Nov. 17
Senator Kamala Harris will attend California Democratic Party Convention events in Long Beach on Friday, November 15 and Saturday, November 16, including the Real América Presidential Forum. On Sunday, November 17, Harris will speak at the Latino Issues Forum at Cal State Los Angeles. Harris will discuss her extensive record fighting for justice for Californians and her plans to stand for all Americans as President.
Throughout Harris’ career in California, she has taken on the big banks on behalf of homeowners, held big polluters accountable for exploiting vulnerable communities, pioneered criminal justice reform programs, and led the fight against Trump’s anti-immigrant agenda. As President, she will continue to fight for economic justice, housing justice, climate justice, criminal justice reform, among others. As Harris has said in town halls across the country, justice is on the ballot in 2020.
