100 Days from Nevada Caucus, 30 Community Leaders and Activists Across Nevada Endorse Cory Booker for President
Las Vegas, NV -- Ahead of Cory Booker taking the stage at the Nevada Democratic Party’s First in the West event and 100 days from the Nevada caucus, Cory 2020 announced that 30 activists and community leaders across Nevada have endorsed Cory for President of the United States.
“It’s clear that the more people get to know Cory they like what he has to say and are inspired by his vision for America,” said Cory 2020 Nevada State Director Phil Kim. “These endorsements demonstrate the continued momentum and grassroots support we have here in Nevada. We are so excited to earn the support of such respected community leaders and powerful activists.”

In addition to the endorsements announced today, Booker has earned the endorsement of over three dozen community leaders including former North Las Vegas City Councilman Theron Goynes, the former president of Reno-Sparks NAACP, Nevada Young Dems President, AAPI leaders, immigration activists and local grassroots volunteers.

Cory for Nevada will be participating in "100 Days" Day of Action by knocking on doors and making calls throughout the state. The organizing team will be hosting a volunteer appreciation event to mark the occasion.
Since launching his campaign, Cory Booker has visited the state eight times as a candidate and held over two dozen events in both northern and southern Nevada, including Boulder City and Minden, where he became the first candidate to visit rural Nevada and was one of the first candidates to participate in a virtual meet and greet with over 200 rural Nevadans. Booker has built a strong operation in Nevada with experienced state staff with deep community roots.
