Bernie Sanders Adds Volunteer Canvass Launch to Columbia, SC Visit
Sen. Sanders will participate in Volunteer Canvass Launch on Saturday prior to his participation in Presidential Justice Reform Forum
COLUMBIA, SC – In addition to participating in the 2019 Second Step Presidential Justice Forum at Benedict College, Senator Bernie Sanders will join volunteers for a door-to-door canvass launch at the Bernie 2020 SC Campaign Headquarters on Saturday, October 26, in Columbia.
Attendees will join with campaign staff and other volunteers canvassing neighborhoods and communities across Columbia and the Midlands immediately following the event.

Bernie 2020 SC Campaign Headquarters, 1410 Blanding St., Columbia, SC
Information for the public: The event will feature brief remarks from Bernie 2020 SC Co-Chair Rep. Ivory Thigpen and Sen. Sanders. Attendees should be prepared to participate in the door-to-door canvass immediately following the event. The event is free and open to the public. Tickets are not required, but an RSVP is encouraged. Entrance is provided on a first come, first serve basis.
