ANDREW YANG TOURS IOWA THIS WEEKEND, OPENS TWO NEW CAMPAIGN OFFICES
DES MOINES, Iowa — Surging Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang will make his 17th trip to the Hawkeye State this weekend, with plans to meet Iowans at the annual Polk County Steak Fry, mark the opening of two new campaign offices, and participate in multiple town halls.
In the three days following the third Democratic debate in Houston, Yang raised $1 million and had 450,000 individuals apply for a chance to receive one of 10 Freedom Dividends being funded through the campaign's Freedom Dividend Pilot Program.
In a recent NBC/Wall Street Journal survey, the entrepreneur and presidential contender was ranked sixth nationally, ahead of sitting senators, governors, and other career politicians.
This weekend, the campaign will open two new Iowa offices, indicating yet another milestone for the "longer than long shot" candidate.
