MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – Republican Party of Minnesota Chairwoman Jennifer Carnahan released the following statement regarding tonight’s Democratic Presidential Debate:
“Tonight's debate in Detroit made it loud and clear: Democrats want to raise taxes, decriminalize border crossings, and make taxpayers front the cost for illegal immigrants' healthcare. The proposals of these liberal candidates, including Minnesota’s own Senator Amy Klobuchar, will force middle-class families across Minnesota and the country to pay more out of their paycheck and their pockets in rapid fashion. Their radical proposals have no end in sight, which is why the choice in 2020 is easy: President Trump and his prosperous, America first agenda."
