Congressman Tim Ryan to Announce and Discuss Education Plan in New Hampshire and Iowa *Updated
YOUNGSTOWN- Congressman Tim Ryan will be visiting New Hampshire and Iowa this week. Tomorrow, he will unveil his groundbreaking education plan at the American School Counselor Association Annual Conference in Boston. Many of the Congressman's visit's this week will focus on sitting down with voters and stakeholders to discuss the details of his plan for public schools.
