Bernie Sanders to Swing through Southern States **Updated
WASHINGTON – Sen. Bernie Sanders will visit Southern states next week, making stops in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama. The trip will underscore the ways in which his policies meet the urgent needs of communities across the South.
Sanders will highlight the need for immediate action to restore voting rights, reform the K-12 education system, address environmental racism and eradicate poverty.
