Beto O’Rourke Returns for Two Days of Grassroots Events Across the State
Beto O’Rourke will return to Nevada on Thursday for his second trip to the state since announcing his candidacy for President of the United States in March. His two-day visit to the Silver State will include events in Reno, Carson City, Henderson, and Las Vegas.
Last month, O'Rourke made his first trip to Nevada for a two-day visit to attend house parties, meet and greets, and labor roundtables in communities throughout the Las Vegas area. O'Rourke has held more than 103 events with voters in Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, New Hampshire, Texas, New York and the District of Columbia.
April 14th marked the end of O’Rourke’s historic first month as a candidate. Since announcing his bid for the White House, O’Rourke has personally driven 4,044 miles as his grassroots campaign has criss-crossed the United States to meet with, learn from, and listen to tens of thousands of Americans in 81 cities where he answered 594 questions from voters.
