U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar Returns To Iowa To Tour Ethanol Plant, Meet With Asian & Latino Coalition on Friday
MINNEAPOLIS, MN — This Friday, U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar will head back to Iowa to meet with voters in Nevada and Des Moines. In Nevada, Klobuchar will tour an ethanol plant and host a roundtable discussion with local farm owners, industry experts, and political leaders on the importance of ethanol and a strong renewable fuel standard. That afternoon, Klobuchar will speak at the Asian and Latino Coalition reception and take questions from the Coalition’s members before heading to the One Iowa Gala where she will celebrate ten years of marriage equality in Iowa with the Varnum v. Brien decision.
