After spending part of his childhood in Las Vegas, tonight Marco Rubio returned to Nevada and outlined his positive vision for the 21st Century.  Marco said that his plan for a New American Century entails keeping our country safe from terrorism and creating an economic environment that will give more people the opportunity to experience the American Dream.

• National Review's Rich Lowry: "I’d score it for Rubio on points, but it was close and both senators are obviously exceptionally skilled. I think Rubio had the better of the argument on the NSA on the merits and on the question of whether or not ISIS can be defeated from the air (it can’t). ...
