Des Moines -- On Saturday, October 22, Congressman Keith Ellison will host the Waterloo “Souls to the Polls” event to encourage Iowans to vote early and support Hillary Clinton’s vision for an America that is stronger together and one that respects our religious and racial diversity.
Rep. Ellison, the first Muslim-American member of Congress, will urge Iowans to reject Donald Trump’s divisive rhetoric and agenda. He will also discuss the very real consequences of electing Donald Trump, who has a run a campaign based on dangerous and divisive positions, including his proposal to ban Muslims from entering the U.S., and attacks against African-Americans, Hispanics, and those from all walks of life.
