Hillary for America, Together with Joint Accounts, Began September with About $152 Million in the Bank
Today, Hillary for America (HFA) filed its September monthly FEC report covering the month of August. The report shows that HFA began September with more than $68 million in the bank after raising more than $62 million in August thanks to more than 1.1 million contributions from about 700,000 people during the month. The average donation to HFA during September was about $50.
Between HFA, the Hillary Victory Fund (HVF) and the Hillary Action Fund (HAF), Democrats began September with about $152 million in the bank.
“The millions of Americans who have contributed to this campaign and to the Democratic Party have ensured that we head into the final 50 days of the election with the most robust organizing effort in history, and the resources we need to mobilize the millions of voters we need to elect progressive candidates up and down the ballot," said Hillary for America Campaign Manager Robby Mook. "With voting already underway in some parts of the country, the race will continue to tighten and we will need to fight for every vote and do everything we can to make sure our message cuts through and that Democrats turn out to vote."
Clinton brought in over $140 million through Hillary for America, the HVF, and the HAF in August of 2016.
Clinton raised about $17 million in August in contributions of $200 or less (unitemized directly raised to HFA and unitemized allocations from HVF), and more than 60 percent of the campaign’s contributions for the month were from women.

Filter column E, which indicates if the item on the report is a transfer or allocation from HVF and HAF to HFA, to “SA18” to show only the itemized and unitemized allocations. Those steps will remove transfers and partnerships while leaving the amounts allocated from individuals and other political committees.
