Donald Trump Campaign Gears up for Early Voting in Minnesota
(St. Paul) Donald Trump's Minnesota campaign team is gearing up for early absentee voting in Minnesota (beginning Sept. 23) and hopes to push thousands to the polls ahead of Election Day. The campaign released this statement:
"For Minnesota voters looking for new leadership in Washington, higher wages, more jobs, and a safer America, they have the chance to lock in their vote for Donald Trump by voting early. Momentum is growing by the day in this state for Mr. Trump's message and we strongly encourage all supporters to cast their ballot early to ensure their voice is counted in this critical election." --Andy Post, Minnesota State Director, Donald J. Trump for President.
In partnership with Republican grassroots volunteers, BPOU leaders, College Republicans, Young Republicans, Republican Party of MN, and other coalition groups, such as Hispanic Republican Assembly of MN, MN Organization of Republican Veterans (MORVets), and MN Federation of Republican Women, the Donald Trump campaign will deploy hundreds of volunteers over the next six weeks to drive voters to early vote.
• Utilizing Trump Talk, the national campaign call system allowing volunteers to call from home or in groups, and the campaign's updated doorknocking mobile app, the 2016 Republican Nominee will have the most effective grassroots effort seen in this state in at least 12 years.
• Every Congressional District in Minnesota has a full leadership team of volunteers who have been coordinating volunteer recruitment for several weeks in advance of early voting.
