MNGOP Chairman Issues Statement On Bernie Sanders Endorsement Of Hillary Clinton
(Minneapolis, Minn.) - Republican Party of Minnesota Chairman Keith Downey issued the following statement regarding Bernie Sanders endorsement of Hillary Clinton.
"Throughout the Democrat primaries Bernie Sanders has been highly critical of Hillary Clinton, going as far as saying that Clinton is not qualified for the positon of President of the United States and that he doesn't trust her judgement. His half-hearted endorsement today, where he really had no choice, doesn't change anything. The 62% of Democrats in Minnesota who voted for Bernie Sanders know that he was right all along - Hillary Clinton is compromised and untrustworthy and doesn't have the judgment to be President."
