Hillary Clinton, Tim Kaine to Campaign on Bus Tour Through Pennsylvania, Ohio from Friday, July 29, to Sunday, July 31, 2016 *Updated
President Bill Clinton to Join Democratic Ticket on Friday
Following the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia this week, Hillary Clinton and her running mate, Senator Tim Kaine of Virginia, will campaign throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio on a bus tour from Friday, July 29, to Sunday, July 31. The tour will have a heavy emphasis on Clinton's vision for an American economy that works for everyone, not just those at the top -- highlighting her agenda to make the largest investment in jobs since World War II in her first 100 days in office.
Clinton and Kaine will depart on the tour after a joint rally in Philadelphia at Temple University on Independence Mall on Friday, the day after Clinton formally accepts the Democratic Party's nomination for President of the United States. On the tour, Clinton and Kaine will visit communities across Pennsylvania, from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh, before entering Ohio on Saturday evening. They will be joined by President Bill Clinton on Friday.
Following the public rally in Philadelphia on Independence Mall, the tour will include public events in Harrisburg, Pittsburgh, Youngstown and Columbus.
