Chelsea Clinton to Return to Michigan to Campaign for Hillary Clinton on Saturday, March 6 and Sunday, March 7, 2016
On Saturday, March 6 and Sunday, March 7, Chelsea Clinton will return to Michigan to talk with voters about what is at stake for women and families in this election and how, as President, her mother will break down the barriers that hold people back.
Chelsea will attend Michigan Get out the Vote canvass kick offs and participate in a Women’s Economic Forum.
On February 11, Chelsea travelled to Flint and Detroit to campaign for her mom. She met with Dr. Mona Hanna-Attisha, the pediatrician whose research forced the state of Michigan to acknowledge the lead-poisoning crisis and met with plumbers from the UA Local 370 who have been delivering water, installing water filters, and replacing faucets in homes across Flint. She also joined Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan to tour YouthVille Detroit, a successful after school engagement program that works with underserved, at-risk young people from the local community.
Please RSVP HERE by Saturday, March 5 at 8pm ET.
