
Bernie Sanders to Visit Florida on March 8-10, 2016 *Updated
DETROIT - U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders on Tuesday kicks off a three-day swing through Florida. The Democratic Party presidential candidate will hold rallies with supporters in Miami, Kissimmee and Tampa. Sanders will discuss a wide range of issues important to Floridians, including college affordability, immigration reform and the need to take on a rigged economy held in place by a corrupt campaign finance system.

Information for the public: This event is free and open to the public, but RSVPs are strongly encouraged. Admission is first come, first served.
For security reasons, please do not bring bags and limit what you bring to small, personal items like keys and cell phones. Weapons, sharp objects, chairs, and signs or banners on sticks will not be allowed through security. Parking available on-site at the Miami Tower Parking Garage for a fee. Use the James L. Knight metro stop on either the downtown metro mover or the metro rail.

Information for the public: This event is free and open to the public, but RSVPs are strongly encouraged. Admission is first come, first served. For security reasons, please do not bring bags and limit what you bring to small, personal items like keys and cell phones; no coolers or lawn chairs. Small bag lunches and snacks allowed. Beverages not allowed. Weapons, sharp objects, chairs, and signs or banners on sticks will not be allowed through security. Limited on-site parking available at Hull Road and Bledsoe Drive.
