With three weeks until the First in the South Democratic Primary, South Carolina House Minority Leader Todd Rutherford (SC-74), one of the highest ranking Democrats in South Carolina, endorsed Hillary Clinton for president, highlighting her dedication to Palmetto State families and commitment to addressing a broken criminal justice system.
"Everyday, I see the reality of lives torn apart by a broken criminal justice system. We need Hillary Clinton in the Oval Office to protect President Obama's progress on law enforcement accountability and reforms to the justice system -- we can't afford to move backwards."
