
Bernie Sanders to Visit Austin and Dallas, Texas on Saturday, February 27, 2016
BURLINGTON, Vt. -- U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders on Saturday will travel to Texas. The Democratic Party presidential candidate will host rallies in Austin and Dallas. Sanders will discuss a wide range of issues, including getting big money out of politics, his plan to make public colleges and universities tuition-free, combating climate change and ensuring universal health care.

For security reasons, please do not bring big bags and limit what you bring to small, personal items like keys and cell phones; no coolers or lawn chairs. Small bag lunches and snacks allowed. Soft drinks and water on sale at concession. Weapons, sharp objects, chairs, and signs or banners on sticks will not be allowed through security. On-site parking available for $5; carpooling is encouraged.
