Martin O’Malley To Hold Six New Leadership Forums In Eastern Iowa on December 7-8, 2015
Des Moines - Monday, December 7th, Governor O'Malley will return to Iowa for his 19th trip to the Hawkeye state, to hold six New Leadership Forums in a two-day swing through central and eastern Iowa.
Next week’s forums will focus on how Governor O'Malley will bring his vision to build on President Obama’s progress and address critical issues facing Iowa families - from expanding Social Security to making sure our economy works for everyone.
Eight years ago, Iowans caucused for change—now isn’t the time to turn back the clock. Governor O’Malley is a forward-looking leader who is driven by principles, not polls and who actually has a record of delivering on issues Iowa progressives care about. He is the only candidate in the Democratic race campaigning the Iowa-caucus way and has spent more time in the state than any other candidate.
