Jim Gilmore “I’m Not Part of the Problem” Tour in New Hampshire on November 6-9, 2015
Alexandria, VA – “Some even within my own party say we have too many candidates. I say that too many candidates is not what is failing the people of the United States; it is the inability to identify the right solutions to fix the mess created over the past eight years.”
Gov. Gilmore will visit New Hampshire for the 13th time this election cycle to convey his vision to the people of New Hampshire that we can still realize the American dream.” Referring to the recent national debate debacle witnessed by the American people, Gilmore added, “each candidate should be afforded an equal opportunity to make their case before being drowned out by the establishment.”
On Friday, November 6th, Gilmore will address Strafford County Republicans at the Red Rally at the Hellenic Center in Dover.
As a former active duty veteran who served in Europe in the Vietnam era, Governor Gilmore will outline his vision to help those who have served our country at the Veterans Day commemoration at Keene State College, Young Student Union on a Saturday, November 7th at 9:30 a.m. The event is hosted by Juliana Bergeron, Republican National Committeewoman and the Cheshire County Republican Committee.
On Saturday afternoon, he will attend the UNH Wildcat “Salute to Service”
football game and events in the area that will recognize veterans. The Wildcats will play that day against the University of Richmond Spiders, representing the hometown of Governor Gilmore. Gilmore said, “I always look forward to good natured competition between teams who do their best to make their universities proud of their sportsmanship.”
That evening he will head for a private dinner hosted by prominent conservative activists Mike and Mar Mar Rogers in Hollis, NH.
On Monday, November 9th at 11 a.m. he will file his declaration of candidacy at the State House. He will be accompanied by his State Chairman Senator Sam Cataldo and other supporters and friends.
Immediately following the State House visit, he will present a foreign policy address before Americans for Peace Prosperity and Security at the University of New Hampshire, Manchester campus. The APPS event is hosted
by the Hon. Mike Rogers, former chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and APPS NH Chair Walt Havenstein. Gov. Gilmore stated, “I’m honored to address APPS since it understands the need to educate our national leaders about our current vulnerabilities and the erosion of our defense capabilities.”
As a Board Member of the National Rifle Association he looks forward to meeting fellow proponents of the Second Amendment at the Granite State Indoor Range and Gun Shop in Hudson, NH on Nov. 9th at 4pm.
