FAMILY LEADERSHIP SUMMIT ANNOUNCES NATIONAL PARTNERS
State allies on board as well for what's rapidly becoming huge summer event
Urbandale, IOWA – Six national organizations and three state partners are joining together with The FAMiLY LEADER to bring the 4th Annual Family Leadership Summit to Stephens Auditorium in Ames, Iowa, on Saturday, July 18, 2015.
The national partners include Christians United for Israel Action (CUFI Action), Conservative Review, Family Research Council Action (FRC Action), Left Right Left Right Forward March, Liberty University Helms School of Government, and The National Organization for Marriage (NOM).
NOM has been a national partner of the Summit for four straight years, while FRC Action is joining The FAMiLY LEADER for the second year in a row and is the pastor's breakfast sponsor and event lunch sponsor. CUFI Action, Left Right Left Right Forward March, and the Liberty University Helms School of Government join the summit for the first time along with the designated national media partner, Conservative Review.
State-based sponsors include Informed Choices Medical Clinics, Iowa Conservatives Against Gambling Expansion, and the summit's local media partner, KTIA 99.3 The Truth Network.
"These national and state partners have clearly recognized the significance of The Family Leadership Summit, especially this year," commented Bob Vander Plaats, president and CEO of The FAMiLY LEADER. "With so many national leaders coming to Ames and an unprecedented pace of ticket registrations, the Summit is this summer's premier leadership event."
Confirmed speakers for the Summit include Gary Bauer, Dr. Ben Carson, Sen. Ted Cruz, Frank Gaffney, former Gov. Mike Huckabee, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, Tony Perkins, former Gov. Rick Perry, Sen. Marco Rubio, former Sen. Rick Santorum, Donald Trump, and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker.
Frank Luntz and his team at Luntz Global Partners will also be at the Summit, directing questions to the keynote speakers, which creates a unique, interactive opportunity for Iowans to gain insight about issues that affect the family.
Last year's Summit, also held in Ames, saw more than 1,200 attendees, 100 members of the media, and featured many of the conservative movement’s most prominent leaders. Given the number of ticket registrations for the 2015 Summit, this year's event promises to easily eclipse those numbers.
The purpose of The Family Leadership Summit is to inspire, motivate, and educate conservatives regarding worldview application and the most pressing issues facing America’s families. The Summit will provide Iowans the opportunity to engage with national conservative leaders and hear their leadership vision on the issues that matter most to the future of America.
