The FAMiLY LEADER Family Leadership Regional Summit in Sioux Center, Iowa on September 1, 2015
Sam Clovis, Governor Bobby Jindal, and Senator Rick Santorum Confirmed to Speak
Urbandale, IOWA – The FAMiLY LEADER is hosting the third of its Family Leadership Regional Summits, this time in northwest Iowa, on the evening of Tuesday, Sept. 1, on the campus of Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa.
The theme of the Summit, in light of the recent release of disturbing videos alleging the sale of baby body parts by Planned Parenthood, will be the sanctity of human life and the public funding of the abortion industry giant.
Former U.S. Senate primary candidate Sam Clovis, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, and former Sen. Rick Santorum are confirmed speakers for the Summit. Additional, nationally prominent speakers will be added in the coming weeks.
The first Regional Summit, held in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, drew over 600 attendees and reporters from over a dozen news outlets.
The Family Leadership Regional Summit is a multi-speaker policy/issues event, similar to TFL’s annual Family Leadership Summit held in Ames each year. The evening event (tentative start time at 6:30 p.m.) will feature state and national conservative leaders with the end goal of educating Iowans about the issues that impact their families.
"We are thrilled to bring our regional summit to northwest Iowa," said Bob Vander Plaats, president & CEO of The FAMiLY LEADER. "And we are anxious to hear what these leaders have to say about the sanctity of life and the sale of human body parts, hot-button issues families across America are talking about today."
The Family Leadership Regional Summit will be a ticketed event, and tickets are complimentary. Tickets are available at http://www.thefamilyleader.com/events/nw-family-leadership-regional-summit/.
