South Carolina's Largest Annual GOP Event will host Presidential Hopefuls
Anderson, SC--South Carolina Congressman Jeff Duncan announced Monday that his 5th Annual Faith and Freedom BBQ, an event which has evolved to become South Carolina's largest annual Republican gathering, will feature multiple GOP Presidential hopefuls this year.
In year's past the event has drawn up to 1,400 attendees and has featured speakers like Lindsey Graham, Marco Rubio, and Rand Paul.
"This event is about giving the people of South Carolina a chance to connect with our national leaders, and I'm excited about having several of them attend this year. In May, I was honored to be a part of the SC Freedom Summit and bring the bulk of the Presidential field to South Carolina. For our 5th Annual Faith & Freedom BBQ, we're hoping to give a subsection of that group a chance to spend time with grassroots activists from across the state."
The event will take place on August 24th at the Anderson Civic Center starting at 5:30pm.
