MADISON – Governor Scott Walker will travel to North Carolina on Friday to meet with local activists and party leaders, conduct local press interviews, and deliver remarks to the North Carolina GOP state convention. Walker will also meet with state and local elected officials, including Governor Pat McCrory and Lieutenant Governor Dan Forest. While in North Carolina, Walker will continue to lay out the principles of Our American Revival (OAR), share his message of big, bold reform, and discuss the OAR issues agenda. Walker’s remarks to the state convention will be open to press.
