MORRISTOWN, NJ – On Tuesday, June 30, 2015, Governor Chris Christie will host a special announcement event at Livingston High School in Livingston, New Jersey. Immediately following the event, Governor Christie will travel to Sandown, New Hampshire to host a town hall meeting. Governor Christie will also hold town hall meetings in Ashland, NH and Rochester, NH during his trip. He will also attend a number of community events, endorsement events, meet and greets, private meetings and house parties while in New Hampshire.

RNC Chairman Reince Priebus Announces Convention Appointments

WASHINGTON — Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Reince Priebus announced today the appointments of Sara Armstrong as Vice President and Chris McNulty as the Director of Community and Political Affairs for the 2016 Republican National Convention.
 
“It is my pleasure to announce the addition of Sara and Chris to the outstanding team we have working towards our 2016 convention in Cleveland,” said Chairman Priebus. “We have already laid the groundwork for a first-class convention, and their expertise will be crucial as we move closer to convention week.”
 
Sara Armstrong served as RNC Chief Operating Officer for the 2014 election cycle after serving as Deputy Chief of Staff during the 2012 presidential election cycle. She previously worked as RNC Director of Member Services. From July 2007 to January 2009, she was a Special Assistant to President George W. Bush and Deputy Chief of Staff to First Lady Laura Bush. She joined the Bush Administration in 2002 serving in several other roles including coordinating special events as the White House Visitors Office Director. “I look forward to working with Sara again,” said Convention CEO Jeff Larson. “She is a strong leader who gets things done and will be a tremendous addition to our team.”
 
Chris McNulty served as RNC Political Director for the 2014 election cycle when Republicans picked up the Senate and had historic gains nationally. He previously served as Deputy Executive Director of the Political Office of House Speaker John Boehner. Chris started his career in politics at the Ohio Republican Party, ultimately serving as Executive Director for former State Party Chairman Bob Bennett. Following his stint at the Ohio Republican Party, he then joined the RNC where he served as Regional Political Director for the mid-west from 2006 to 2010 and then as Political Director. Chris grew up in northeastern Ohio and graduated from John Carroll University. “Chris brings a wealth of knowledge about Cleveland and is certainly one of the foremost political operatives in Ohio. He wanted to come home to Ohio to help make this the best convention we have ever had,” said Larson.

ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA – Believe Again today released a new television ad titled, "All Americans."  The ad is Believe Again's first and will air in Iowa. "All Americans" focuses on the idea of America's historical "melting pot" being driven by the successful assimilation of every American into the fabric of our country.
 
"As a child of immigrants, Governor Jindal understands the true breadth of the American Dream," Brad Todd, Believe Again advisor, said.
 
"Governor Jindal believes America should be a melting pot, where we all bring our strengths and adopt the nation's values. He has spoken often of the need to get away from the concept of hyphenated Americans.  He believes we are all Americans."

"Governor Jindal also believes our immigration system today is broken and those who come to this country to follow the American Dream should do so legally, adopt our values, roll up their sleeves and get to work," Todd continued.

The ad will air for two weeks in the Des Moines, Sioux City and Cedar Rapids markets on broadcast and cable and in Mason City, Ottuma, Quad Cities and Southwest Iowa on cable. The ad buy is for $501,625.

Believe Again is an independent expenditure-only committee (SuperPac) that supports the candidacy of Governor Bobby Jindal for President.
