Rick Santorum To Give A Series Of Major Foreign Policy Addresses
VERONA, PA - Former presidential candidate, U.S. Senator, and Chairman of Patriot Voices Rick Santorum will give a series of major foreign policy addresses countering President Obama's failed foreign policy.
Senator Santorum will offer an alternative to President Obama's failed foreign policy, specifically discussing President Obama's lack of understanding when it comes to the threat posed by ISIS. Furthermore, Santorum's speeches will focus on the continuing threat posed by Radical Islam, the need to confront and define this enemy, and what the United States can do to be an international leader in destroying this threat.
Senator Santorum served on the Senate Armed Services Committee for 8 years, where he led the efforts responsible for transitioning our military from a Cold War fighting force to one prepared to fight the asymmetric threats we see today. Santorum was also the author of two major pieces of legislation imposing sanctions on the rogue regimes of Iran and Syria - both of which were initially opposed by then-Senator Biden and President Bush, but were both passed overwhelmingly and signed into law. After leaving the U.S. Senate, Santorum founded a program at the Ethics and Public Policy Center focused on drawing attention to the Radical Islamist threat we continue to see today.
