Des Moines – Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley will keynote the Iowa Democratic Party’s 2014 State Convention on Saturday, June 21 at the Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center.

At the annual convention, state delegates will gather to ratify the party platform and officially kick off the 2014 general election season.  Delegates will also hear from Democratic candidates, including U.S. Senate candidate Bruce Braley, Gubernatorial candidate Jack Hatch, the Democratic nominee for Lt. Governor, the U.S. House candidates, all statewide offices and many others.
