Schedule Alert: Santorum Iowa Trip Canceled Due to Illness
Verona, PA - Former Republican presidential candidate and chairman of Patriot Voices Rick Santorum is canceling his scheduled Iowa trip on Monday, April 15 due to an illness.
"While traveling in South Carolina on Saturday, Rick Santorum became ill and was admitted to the hospital for a gastro-intestinal illness and dehydration. He is feeling better today but remains in the hospital and is unable to travel to Iowa on Monday, April 15 for previously scheduled events. He is expected to resume a full schedule later this week and looks forward to returning to Iowa soon," said Virginia Davis, spokesperson for Patriot Voices.

Verona, PA - Former Republican presidential candidate, victor of the 2012 Iowa caucuses and Patriot Voices chairman Rick Santorum will deliver a speech on Monday, April 15 in Urbandale, Iowa. He will give the keynote address at the 13th Annual Spring Kick Off of the Iowa Faith & Freedom Coalition.
Senator Santorum's remarks will focus on the future of the Republican Party and what must be done to ensure our party's future viability. He will discuss how our economic and social priorities are uniquely interwoven, particularly how they both impact our country's future economic prosperity and our ability to restore the American dream for hardworking Americans and future generations.
