NDGOP Selects New Executive Director
BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota Republican Party announced today that Jason Flohrs has been hired as its Executive Director.
“Jason brings a wealth of campaign and legislative experience to the job and we are proud to welcome him to our team,” said NDGOP Chairman Stan Stein. “This is a critical time for our nation, our state, and our party, and Jason’s talents and expertise will serve us well in leading and strengthening our organization and our membership.”
Flohrs has managed numerous campaigns throughout the Upper Midwest, including U.S. House races in Minnesota, Iowa, and North Dakota. He has operated his own public affairs consulting firm, served as Director of Government Affairs for one of the largest Chambers of Commerce in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area, and has also worked for the House Republican Caucus at the Minnesota State Capitol.
Flohrs is originally from Southern Minnesota, where he grew up on his family’s dairy farm. He is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota, and currently lives with his wife and children in Minneapolis.
“I am very excited for this opportunity to come back to North Dakota and work with the community and state leaders on the critical issues facing our nation,” said Jason Flohrs. “North Dakota is full of tremendous opportunities in so many areas, and I am looking forward to being a small part of ensuring a very bright future for the state and our party.”
Flohrs will begin in his new position in mid-March.
