MADISON - On Friday, October 19, President Clinton will travel to Wisconsin, where he will speak to grassroots supporters in Green Bay three days before early voting begins on October 22. President Bill Clinton will promote in person early voting, which begins across Wisconsin on Monday, October 22nd.
