Mitt Romney Announces New Hampshire Staff

GOVERNOR MITT ROMNEY ANNOUNCES NEW HAMPSHIRE STAFF

Boston, MA – Today, Governor Mitt Romney announced the staff members of his New Hampshire Leadership Team.  Leading Governor Romney's efforts in the state will be New Hampshire native and Manchester attorney Jim Merrill as State Director. 

Governor Romney also announced that Jamie Burnett will serve as Political Director and Kristy Stuart will be the state's Field Director.

"The team we have assembled in New Hampshire represents years of campaign experience in the Granite State.  I look forward to working with them as we continue sharing our vision for bringing real change to Washington and putting conservative principles back to work," said Governor Romney.

With today's announcement, State Chair Bruce Keough said, "Governor Romney already enjoys considerable support in the Granite State.  Together, we will help ensure that Governor Romney's belief in lower taxes and smaller government continues to resonate with the people of New Hampshire.  This team is strong with years of experience in grassroots campaigning."

South Florida Leaders Endorse Mitt Romney

SOUTH FLORIDA LEADERS ENDORSE GOVERNOR MITT ROMNEY

Boston, MA – Today, Governor Mitt Romney announced that Miami-Dade County Commission Chairman Bruno A. Barreiro and City of Miramar Vice-Mayor Troy R. Samuels have endorsed his candidacy for President of the United States.

"I am proud to have the support of Chairman Barreiro and Vice-Mayor Samuels. They are both respected and accomplished leaders in South Florida," said Governor Romney.  "Our country faces a new generation of challenges that requires innovative, bold solutions.  Chairman Barreiro and Vice-Mayor Samuels understand that we need to bring real change to Washington.  I am honored they have joined the strong team we have built in Florida."

Chairman Barreiro and Vice-Mayor Samuels join a growing list of South Florida leaders endorsing Governor Romney, including Al Cardenas, former Chairman of the Florida Republican Party and a Chair of the Romney for President Florida Steering Committee, and State Representative Anitere Flores, a Co-Chair of the Romney for President Florida Steering Committee.

Joe Earle Joins Romney For President

FORMER IOWA CHRISTIAN ALLIANCE DIRECTOR JOE EARLE JOINS ROMNEY FOR PRESIDENT

H. Wayne Huizenga Joins Mitt Romney's Florida Finance Committee

H. WAYNE HUIZENGA JOINS GOVERNOR MITT ROMNEY'S FLORIDA STATEWIDE FINANCE COMMITTEE 

Boston, MA – Governor Mitt Romney today announced that H. Wayne Huizenga has joined his Florida finance team and endorsed his candidacy for President of the United States.  Huizenga, owner of the Miami Dolphins and creator of three Fortune 500 companies, is a five-time recipient of Financial World Magazine's CEO of the Year and the 2005 recipient of Ernst & Young World Entrepreneur of the Year. Orrin Hatch Endorses Mitt Romney For President

U.S. SENATOR ORRIN HATCH ENDORSES GOVERNOR MITT ROMNEY FOR PRESIDENT

Mitt Romney Names California Finance Co-Chairs

GOVERNOR MITT ROMNEY NAMES CALIFORNIA FINANCE CO-CHAIRS

Boston, MA – Today, Governor Mitt Romney announced that 27 men and women will serve as California Finance Co-Chairs.  These Co-Chairs will help Governor Romney build the organization and raise the resources needed to campaign in California and across the nation.

Mitt Romney Names Stewart Iverson To Iowa Campaign

GOVERNOR MITT ROMNEY NAMES SENATOR STEWART IVERSON AS ADVISER TO IOWA CAMPAIGN

Boston, MA – Governor Mitt Romney has named former Senate Majority Leader Stewart Iverson (R-Dows) as an adviser to his presidential campaign in Iowa.

"Stew is a proven leader at the Statehouse and I am pleased to have him as an adviser on my campaign," said Governor Romney.  "He has a long-standing reputation at the Statehouse, and across Iowa, for his unflinching conservatism and fiscal responsibility.  He will be an important part of my team as we continue building our momentum with enthusiastic, grassroots Republicans."

Iverson served as the Iowa Senate's top-ranking Republican from 1997-2006.  Most recently, Iverson was a top Iowa adviser to Governor George Pataki's 21st Century Freedom PAC.

On today's announcement, Iverson said, "Governor Romney is a proven conservative leader and will continue his strong leadership for our great nation.  I look forward to working with Governor Romney and his strong Iowa organization."

Romney for President Names Iowa County Chairs

ROMNEY FOR PRESIDENT NAMES IOWA COUNTY CHAIRS

Boston, MA – Today, Romney for President announced Chairs in Sioux County and Cerro Gordo County. Orange City Councilman Mick Snieder will serve as Sioux County Chair. Mason City's Deb Hunt and Bart and Jody Pals were named Cerro Gordo County Co-Chairs.

Mitt Romney Names Oregon Statewide Finance Committee

Boston, MA – Governor Mitt Romney today announced the 16 members of the Romney for President Oregon Statewide Finance Committee. The Committee will help Governor Romney raise the resources needed to campaign in Oregon and across the nation.
