DODD STATEMENT ON THE PASSING OF "LADY BIRD" JOHNSON
WASHINGTON - Today, Presidential Candidate Chris Dodd released the following statement on the passing of "Lady Bird" Johnson.
"Jackie and I would like to extend our condolences to the Johnson family for their loss. 'Lady Bird' Johnson was a wonderful woman, who touched many lives with her grace and commitment to the American people. Her work to improve the quality of life for all Americans, by advocating for the environment and the Head Start program will long be remembered."
