MARTINEZ PRAISES SUPREME COURT DECISION TO UPHOLD PARTIAL-BIRTH ABORTION
WASHINGTON – RNC General Chair Mel Martinez today issued the following statement following the United States Supreme Court decision affirming the ban on "partial birth" abortion.
“I applaud the Court’s decision to uphold the ban on partial birth abortion. When lawmakers decided to end this appalling procedure it spoke highly of society’s core values to protect the sanctity of life.”
