Traffic is backed up for one mile outside of Mounds View High Schools where the DFL is holding their Caucus . Once inside they are greeted by long lines stretching down the hall.
Down the road at Highview Middle School, the GOP is directing voters to an overflow parkng lot and setting up additional chairs for the large turnout at the Republican Caucus.
